1. Identity & Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all orders, quotes, and custom framing requests placed via the MyMasterpiece WhatsApp interface or associated online channels.
Merchant: MyMasterpiece is a commercial business operated by Warren John Gale (trading as MyMasterpiece) ("we", "us", "our").

2. Contract Formation
Order Placement: Placing an order occurs via our interactive WhatsApp chat flow.
Binding Contract: A legally binding contract between you and MyMasterpiece is formed only when your payment is successfully authorized via Stripe and we send an automated order confirmation message to your WhatsApp chat.
3. Custom Products & Immediate Order Finality
Bespoke Goods Notice: All items supplied by MyMasterpiece are custom-made, personalised products manufactured to your unique digital image, frame type, and size specifications.
Exemption from Cancellation Rights: Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard statutory 14-day cancellation window does not apply to personalised goods.
Immediate Order Finality: Because production preparation begins immediately upon payment authorization, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to a change of mind.
4. Image Copyright & Customer Guarantees
By uploading any photograph or digital asset to the MyMasterpiece chatbot, you explicitly guarantee that:
You are the original copyright holder of the image, or you have obtained explicit, written permission from the copyright owner to reproduce and print it.
You have obtained consent from all identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph for their image to be processed, printed, and framed.
You agree to fully indemnify Warren John Gale t/a MyMasterpiece against any third-party legal claims, costs, expenses, or liability arising from copyright infringement or privacy breaches connected to your submitted content.
5. Delivery & Risk (Greater London Only)
Geographic Coverage: We currently deliver exclusively to physical addresses located within Greater London, United Kingdom. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Greater London will be canceled and refunded.
Timelines & Delays: Estimated physical delivery is 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is placed. Delivery windows are estimates; we are not liable for minor courier or postal delays outside our reasonable control once the package has been dispatched.
Carriers: Deliveries are fulfilled using reputable UK carrier networks (e.g., Royal Mail or courier partners).
Passing of Risk: Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon successful delivery of the package to the shipping address provided during checkout.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
While "change of mind" returns are excluded for custom products, you retain your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 if your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
48-Hour Reporting Window: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your frame or print is physically damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to File a Claim: Send a clear photograph showing the damage to the physical item and the shipping packaging directly to our WhatsApp chat or via email to admin@mymasterpiece.co.uk.
Remedy & Image Resubmission: Upon verification, we will manufacture and dispatch a replacement frame and print at no additional charge. Because source digital images are automatically purged from our cloud servers within 48 hours of order fulfillment to protect your privacy, obtaining a replacement is contingent upon you resending the original digital image file upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total financial liability to you for any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that specific order.
We are not liable for business losses, indirect losses, or minor color variations resulting from standard screen-to-print color spectrum translations or low-resolution source images provided by you.
8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale and any contracts formed under them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
