Research Pilot Privacy Notice 

Effective Date: May 2026

Introduction 

Welcome to the MyMasterpiece research pilot. This is a non-commercial test conducted by Warren Gale to evaluate the user experience of a bespoke framing chatbot. No physical products are produced, and no payments are required during this phase.

Data We Collect & How We Use It

Images: When you upload a photo, we process it to demonstrate our framing workflow. We use Cloudinary (an AI-powered image tool) to automatically crop and resize your images.

Contact Info: We store your WhatsApp phone number to facilitate the chat and your display name to personalise the experience.

Survey Data: Any feedback provided in the final survey is used to improve our service.

Data Retention & Deletion 

Your privacy is paramount. All uploaded images, processed files on Cloudinary, and chat logs associated with this pilot will be permanently deleted by the close of the trial, no later than 30th June 2026.

Your Rights & Withdrawal 

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To stop participating and have your data deleted immediately, please email admin@mymasterpiece.co.uk with your WhatsApp phone number.

We will process all withdrawal requests and delete the associated data within 48 hours.
